Minimize the risk of producing cast metals with surface defect due to defective green sand molds and ensure the stable output.

Sand Inclusion

Sand inclusion is caused by lumps of sand mixed into molten metal. It is believed that lumps of sand mixed into molten metal are due to sand mold and core mold defect, erosion scab and human error.

1.Do not squeeze molding sand in layers.
2.Increase of binder in molding sand is advised.
3.Avoid excessive moisture in molding sand.
