○Features

Fire-resistant and higher safety against fire.
(Not corresponding to hazardous materials under fire
protection law of Japan)

Contain little amount of oil-component and energy saving.(Reduction of crude oil onsumption, reduction of CO2 emission=Environment-friendly)

Compared with oil type, can reduce consumption amount thus result in reduction of running cost.

Even under severe molding condition like high temperature of sand, can show superior mold releasability.

At time of molding, can easily remove adhesive casting sand at mold or metallic flask.

Milky white liquid

Usage
Coat stock solution on to pattern by spray etc. in small amount uniformly.
Coating is in principle every time but intermittent coating is also possible.

Cautions
Read out safety data sheet thoroughly.
(Caution for storage) Avoid to leave it under 0°C due in danger of freeze.
