○Features

Effective in defect such as sand inclusion and scab.

Effective in defect counter measures such as waste and pushing displacement.

Effective in prevention of drying (moisture retention) of mold during line stop (tea break, shift interval).

Coated surface of mold becomes surface with excellent toughness in a few minutes.

Due water soluble type, there is no worry about fire.

Appearance
Orange viscous liquid

Usage
Coat stock solution in small quantity to mold uniformly by spray etc.
Coating should be depending on measures either totally or partially.
Amount of coating is on case by case.
When use during shift interval, amount should be a little bit more than normal.

Read out safety data sheet thoroughly.

Crumbled properties arising from hardness up of mold is reduced.

Forced drying is not necessary. (quick drying)

Usage
Shake can well before use.
Coat to mold as it is.
After coating to mold, surface will change to thin greyish white in few seconds.
Coating should be depending on measures either totally or partially.

Cautions
Read out safety data sheet thoroughly.
LPG is used as propellant. (strong combustion)
