Compared with bonderizing treatment system (length about 10~20m), process is shortened to 2.5m length and no site space is needed. Amount of waste water treatment is sharply decreased and no dispersion of stains which contribute to improvement of work environment. Due to shortening of work process, working hours is shortened and improved work efficiency.

Workpieces are mounted on jigs piece by piece and rotated like merry-go-round. During coating, products will not collide each other and bruise is null.
